Lifetime warranty on tripod is against manufacturer's defects when used in non-commercial applications. It will be cheerfully repaired or replaced at our option when returned to us for inspection, along with a copy of the original sales receipt. Not included in this warranty is normal wear and tear or damage as a result of abuse. Accessory items are not included. The customer must contact us in advance to receive return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA). |
